📦 SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+)

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (we choose the best option)
  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

Expedited Shipping

  • 2-Day Shipping: + Cost of shipping
  • Overnight Shipping: + Cost of shipping
  • Note: Expedited orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST for same-day processing

Local Pickup (Michigan Customers)

  • FREE - Available at our Brown City, MI location
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Noon
  • Instructions: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll email when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours).

🚚 PROCESSING TIME

In-Stock Items

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship same day (Monday-Friday)

Made-to-Order Items (Bumpers, Custom Fabrication)

  • Processing Time: 2-4 weeks depending on product
  • Estimated ship date provided at checkout
  • We'll email you with progress updates

Dropship Items

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Ships directly from manufacturer warehouse
  • May arrive in separate packages

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Continental U.S. (Standard shipping available)
  • Alaska & Hawaii (Additional shipping charges apply - calculated at checkout)
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses (Military) - USPS Priority Mail only

International Shipping

  • Canada: Available (duties/taxes are customer's responsibility)
  • Other Countries: Contact us at social@latitudeoffroad.com for quote
  • Note: International orders may be subject to customs delays and fees

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Carrier information (UPS, USPS, FedEx)

📏 LARGE/OVERSIZED ITEMS

Freight Shipping (Bumpers, Roof Racks, Large Items)

Some items require freight shipping due to size and weight:

  • Examples: Front/rear bumpers, roof racks, full exhaust systems
  • Cost: Calculated based on your ZIP code at checkout
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Delivery Method: Curbside delivery (driver will not bring inside)
  • Liftgate Service: Available for $75 (required if no loading dock/forklift)

Freight Delivery Requirements

  • Inspect upon delivery: Check for damage BEFORE signing
  • Note damage on delivery receipt: Driver must document any issues
  • Refuse damaged shipments: If severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • Signature required: Someone 18+ must be present to sign

Free Shipping Threshold

  • Orders $50+: FREE Standard Shipping (Continental U.S.)

Calculated Shipping

  • Large/heavy items calculate shipping at checkout based on:
    • Item weight and dimensions
    • Your ZIP code
    • Selected shipping speed

International Shipping

  • Canada: Starting at $24.95
  • Other countries: Contact us for quote

🚨 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Items We Cannot Ship

  • Aerosol cans (flammable - ground shipping only, additional restrictions)
  • Certain chemicals or fluids
  • Items prohibited by carrier regulations

State-Specific Restrictions

  • California: Some exhaust/emissions products cannot be shipped (CARB regulations)
  • New York: Certain lift kits have restrictions

If your order contains restricted items, we'll contact you with alternatives.


📅 HOLIDAYS & DELAYS

Warehouse Closures

We're closed on major holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on holidays will process the next business day.

Peak Season Delays

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, holidays), please allow:

  • +1-2 business days processing time
  • Potential carrier delays beyond our control

Weather Delays

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We'll notify you if your order is affected.


📦 SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Multiple Packages

Your order may ship in multiple packages if:

  • Items come from different warehouses
  • Mix of in-stock and made-to-order items
  • Oversized items shipped separately

Note: You won't be charged additional shipping for split shipments.


❌ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of box and damaged items
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Contact us within 48 hours: social@latitudeoffroad.com
  4. We'll file claim with carrier and send replacement ASAP

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and building manager
  2. Verify shipping address in your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us: We'll file carrier claim and resolve within 5-7 business days

🔄 ADDRESS CHANGES

Before Shipment

  • Contact us immediately: social@latitudeoffroad.com
  • We can update address if order hasn't shipped yet
  • No additional charge for address correction

After Shipment

  • Contact carrier directly using your tracking number
  • Address correction fees may apply (charged by carrier)
  • Refused/returned shipments: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Wrong Address Provided

If you provided an incorrect address:

  • Package returned to us: You'll be charged return shipping + reshipping costs
  • Package lost/stolen: We cannot be held responsible
  • Double-check your address at checkout!

Military (APO/FPO/DPO) Addresses

  • USPS Priority Mail only
  • Processing time: 2-3 business days
  • Delivery time: 7-21 days (varies by location)
  • No additional charges beyond standard shipping

P.O. Boxes

  • Small items only (no oversized/freight items)
  • USPS delivery only
  • UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes

Business Addresses

  • Faster delivery in most cases
  • Signature release available
  • Provide company name at checkout for smoother delivery

💳 SHIPPING INSURANCE

Included Protection

All orders over $100 are automatically insured at no extra charge.

Additional Insurance

  • Available for high-value orders
  • $1 per $100 of value
  • Add at checkout or contact us
